At Rawash Color, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if the products are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please note that custom-mixed paint colors are not eligible for return or refund unless the mistake was on our side. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after approval. For return requests, please contact us through WhatsApp or email with your order number.
2. Shipping Policy
Rawash Color delivers orders across Egypt within 3 to 4 working days from order confirmation and payment. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the size of the order. Our team will inform you of the shipping cost when we confirm your invoice. We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
3. Payment Policy
We offer multiple payment options to make your purchase easy and secure. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Vodafone Cash, Fawry, or other available methods. Payment is required after order confirmation and invoice approval. We accept full payment or a deposit depending on the order agreement. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 3–4 working days.
